Returns 
To begin the Return Process, please email us at info@beardedgoat.com with your order number and one of our team members will be happy to help you. 
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and must be initiated within 14 days of the original order date. Items returned with obvious use; makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. Once your return is received, it will be processed and checked.
  
Once the return is processed, you'll receive an email notification of your refund and depending on payment method, your refund will process within 5-7 business days. 
 
WHAT IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT LATER REDUCES PRICE?
If beardedgoat reduces the price of any item within seven days of the original purchase, we will honor the lowest price. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact Customer Service so that a price adjustment may be issued.
WHAT IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM ON FINAL SALE?
Products labeled Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order, please email info@beardedgoat.com with exchange (order number) as the subject. Make sure to include the item you are returning and what you would like to receive instead as well as the reason for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it along within being inside 14 days of the original order date. As soon as you ship your return back to us, we will send your new item your way!
 
 
Shipping
We want you to get your hands on your new beardedgoat stuff as soon as you can. Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days depending on order volume at the time orders are placed. Please note transit time can vary depending on shipping carrier and method you choose at checkout. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we are not responsible and recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to file a claim. We unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes. If you have one, borrow a friend's address. Please reach out to info@beardedgoat.com if you have any shipping questions!
 
 
Damages
We trust our carriers, but accidents do happen. If you see any major damage to your order from shipping please send a picture to info@beardedgoat.com and include your order number. We'll take care of it from there. If you think your order has been lost or even stolen, please send us an email with your order number and tracking number from original order confirmation email.
