At beardedgoat, we put a lot of time and energy into designing the apparel we make. So if you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back to us within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund for your purchase. 
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Items returned with obvious use; makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. Once your return is received, it will be processed and checked.

Once the return is processed, you'll receive an email notification of your refund and depending on payment method, your refund will process within 5-7 business days. Email with your order number and reason for return and we'll process it ASAP!

If you would like to exchange your order, please email with exchange (order number) as the subject. Make sure to include the item you are returning and what you would like to receive instead as well as the reason for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it along within being inside 30 days of receiving the item. As soon as you ship your return back to us, we will send your new item your way!
We want you to get your hands on your new beardedgoat stuff as soon as you can. Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days depending on order volume at the time orders are placed. Please note transit time can vary depending on shipping carrier and method you choose at checkout. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we are not responsible and recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to file a claim. We unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes. If you have one, borrow a friend's address. Please reach out to if you have any shipping questions!
We trust our carriers, but accidents do happen. If you see any major damage to your order from shipping please send a picture to and include your order number. We'll take care of it from there. If you think your order has been lost or even stolen, please send us an email with your order number and tracking number from original order confirmation email.
