We caught up with Wellness badass, @awilsonwellness (IG) as she spent her morning outside––as usual––stretching and trail running, before opening her computer for the day. Amanda preaches attainable + sustainable wellness while practicing what she preaches as a mother and nurse. Part of that is getting exercise in whenever and wherever you can, especially if it’s outside. After she dropped her boys at school, she headed to the park. Stretching, breathing and trail running on this crisp morning was today’s plan. Followed by coffee (duh) and checking emails. Amanda stressed to us that clearing her mind was crucial before starting work––we couldn’t agree more.
