How do I start a Return or Exchange?

Head over to our returns portal. Be sure to use the full order number when prompted. (Ex: BG-12345)

Items purchased at discounts of 70% off or greater are considered Final Sale. Please note that items will be marked as Final Sale on their product pages. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

RETURNS must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and must be initiated within 30 days of the date your product was delivered. It may take up to 5 days for your credit card or banking institution to post the refund. Items returned with obvious use; makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

 

EXCHANGES must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and must be initiated within 60 days of the date your product was delivered. Items returned with obvious use; makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. Once your return/exchange is received, it will be processed and checked. It may take up to 10 business days for return/exchange processing. Additionally, it may take up to 5 days for your credit card or banking institution to post the refund. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

 

How much does it cost to ship a return or exchange item?

All returns and exchanges are subject to a $6.95 shipping fee.

 

What if I want to exchange for a completely different style rather than just a size or color change?

No problem. Simply choose "Exchange for Something Different" in our exchange portal.

 

How long will it take to get my new item if I have shipped out an exchange?

We usually process exchanges within 7 days.

 

I removed the tag on the item I purchased, can I still return or exchange the item?

No. We do not accept items with the tags removed.

 

Can I return or exchange an item on Final Sale?

No. Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for returns. It’s the end of the road for these Beardedgoat styles and we are releasing them into the wild for the rest of their days.
