RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date your product is delivered. To qualify, items must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, neatly folded and placed back in the original packaging that includes the correct UPC label. Items received with obvious use; makeup, hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. It can take up to 5 days for your credit card or banking institution to post a refund. It can take up to 10 business days for exchange processing.

FINAL SALE POLICYFinal Sale items include any item marked "Final Sale" on the product page, any item purchased at a discount of 65% or greater, and any item purchased via a sample sale or warehouse sales.Final sale items are not eligible for returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will exchange for a different size if available. It is common that Final Sale items represent the last of a style, size, and color, making availability extremely limited. In the case of a size exchange on a Final Sale item, you will be charged all related shipping costs.

Can I return or exchange an item on Final Sale?
No. Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for returns. It’s the end of the road for these Beardedgoat styles and we are releasing them into the wild for the rest of their days.
How much does it cost to ship a return or exchange item?
The shipping cost for a return or exchange varies and is subject to the calculated shipping cost from your location as calculated SHOPIFY.COM. Your shipping cost will be confirmed once you have initiated your return or exchange via our return
What if I want to exchange for a completely different style rather than just a size or color change?
No problem. Simply choose "Exchange for Something Different" in our exchange portal.
How long will it take to get my new item if I have shipped out an exchange?
We usually process exchanges within 7 days after it has been delivered to our warehouse.
I removed the tag on the item I purchased, can I still return or exchange the item?
No. We do not accept items with the tags removed.
Can I return or exchange an item on Final Sale?

Why isn't my discount code working?
Enter your discount code at checkout. There are a few common reasons why discount code does not work for you.
- Discounts only apply to eligible products. Products that are not eligible for discount include, but are not limited to, already discounted products, gear, accessories, and special collections.
- Multiple discounts may not be used towards a single order.
- Discount codes have a defined expiration date. Expired discount codes are not eligible for replacement.
How do your gift cards work?
Our gift cards are electronic and will be sent via email within seconds of placing your order. If the gift card is for you, you can use it right away and there is no expiration date. By using the prompt at checkout, we can send your gift card to a secondary email address of your choice.
An item I recently purchased is now on sale, can I get that discount retroactively applied to my order?
Sorry, no. We do not retroactively apply promotional or sale discounts to orders for any reason.
What do I do if my package was stolen or damaged in transit?
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once your package leaves our fulfillment center. The carrier is liable for your package from our door to yours. You are liable for the package from the moment your package tracking is confirmed as "DELIVERED" Please address all shipping claims directly with the correct carrier, USPS , UPS or FedEx if you believe your package is damaged, lost, or stolen.
What can I do if I want to adjust my order after paying?
Once orders are processed to our warehouse team to ship, it is very difficult for our team to adjust an order, but we will give it our best! Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide all of the information that needs to be edited. We will do our best to catch the order before it is packed. If packing is complete, you will need to initiate a return or exchange once your order has been delivered.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or order?

I was refunded less than I paid initially, why?
If you paid for shipping, it is not refunded because it is a service already completed.

Where do you ship?
We ship to customers in the United States and Canada.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
We want you to get your hands on your new Beardedgoat stuff as soon as you can. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days depending on order volume at the time orders are placed, but can take up to 5 business days. Please note transit time can vary depending on shipping carrier and method you choose at checkout. The shipping method you select at transit will go into effect after the carrier has picked up your order from our warehouse. Processing time listed excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from us when order processing. Please keep in mind our order processing standard is usually 2-3 days, excluding pre-order items. If your tracking says "pre-transit" or "label created, but not yet in system" your order is still being processed by our team. You can then track your order on the carrier’s website by following the link in your email. If you did not receive an email, please fill out the Contact Us Form in our Help Center.

What size do I order?
On each product page, the final image is a size guide with garment measurements and recommending sizing tips. If you have more generic sizing questions, check out our Women’s Size Chart or our Men’s Size Chart or submit a form and we'll help you pick out the best size.
My size is out of stock, can I be notified when it is back?
Yes, you’ll be prompted to input your email on a product if it is currently out of stock. Once we get more in hand, you’ll be the first to know!
What can I do if my item has shrunk?
We make every effort to keep all of our products from any unusual shrinkage. However, shrinkage does occur to varying degrees in all garments depending on the fabric makeup and other factors such as the heat of your particular washer and dryer. As a general rule, garments containing higher amounts of cotton will shrink to a greater degree than garments with more synthetic materials such as polyester or nylon. Please refer to the care label on your garment for fabric care instructions. Following the care instructions for every wash cycle is the best way to avoid undesirable shrinkage. If you followed the care instructions on your garment and believe the item has shrunk more than is expected, please let us know by filling out the form in our Help Center!
