Shipping
We want you to get your hands on your new beardedgoat stuff as soon as you can. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business, but transit time can take up to an additional 5-7 business days. We unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes. Please reach out to info@beardedgoat.com if you have any shipping questions!
Damages
We trust our carriers, but accidents do happen. If you see any major damage to your order from shipping please send a picture to info@beardedgoat.com and include your order number. We'll take care of it from there. If you think your order has been lost or even stolen, please send us an email with your order number and tracking number from original order confirmation email.
